Exhibition: Buone Nuove. Women in architecture (Italy)
On December 16, 2021, “Buone Nuove. Women in architecture", a big exhibition on women architects, opens until 11 September 2022. It is an exhibition on important female architects that offers a review of the evolution of this profession from the beginning of the twentieth century to the present day, favoring a reinterpretation of the anthropological change in the role of the architect and architecture. From the pioneers of the early twentieth century to today's archistars, passing through collectives and practices directed and co-directed by women designers up to the integration of the change of the gender perspective in design practices. All this in the spaces designed by Zaha Hadid in a narrative that takes shape with images, videos and interviews for a diachronic look that opens up to the future.
